Some non animal based products may be used in the production of your fiber product including Angelina, bamboo, Tencel, and Firestar. All wool products are sourced in the USA. All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pookie's Punis does not accept any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, or reliability of the information contained in this website.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your unused product. This return must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packing.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will notify you of on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Items are to be unused, not mishandled, and free from odors. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the number of days dependent on your method of payments policy.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
